English translation
The court may rule to set aside the judgment in absentia if it finds therein a substantive defect or a procedural defect that cannot be corrected, or finds that it is contrary to law, whether the opposing party has invoked these defects or the court has noticed them of its own motion.

للمحكمة ان تقضي بإلغاء الحكم الغيابي إذا وجدت به عيبا موضوعيا أو عيبا شكليا
لا يمكن تصحيحه، أو وجدت أنه مخالف للقانون، سواء كان المعارض قد تمسك
