English translation
The court shall rule that the opposition is inadmissible because it was filed after the time limit, because its filer lacks standing, or because of any other substantial formal defect. It may rule it inadmissible while considering the case if the ground becomes apparent to it only after commencement of that consideration.

تقضي المحكمة بعدم قبول المعارضة لرفعها بعد الميعاد، أو لانعدام صفة رافعها، أو
لأي عيب شكلي آخر يكون جوهريا . ولها ان تقضي بعدم القبول أثناء نظر الدعوى،
