English translation
If the objector is absent from the first hearing for consideration of the opposition, the court shall rule that the opposition is deemed never to have been filed. Where an appeal is permissible, its time limit shall run from the time this judgment is pronounced.

إذا غاب المعارض في الجلسة الأولى لنظر المعارضة، قضت المحكمة باعتبار المعارضة
