English translation
An opposition shall be lodged by a petition submitted to the registry of the court that issued the judgment. The petition shall be signed by the convicted person or his representative. The petition of opposition shall contain a full statement of the judgment opposed, the case in respect of which it was issued, the grounds relied upon by the opposing party and the relief he requests.

ترفع المعارضة بعريضة تقدم لقلم كتاب المحكمة التي أصدرت الحكم، ويوقع
على العريضة المحكوم عليه أو من ينوب عنه.
وتشمل عريضة المعارضة بيانا كاملا بالحكم المعارض فيه ، والدعوى التي صدر
