English translation
The president of the court that imposed the fine may issue an order to enforce the fine by bodily coercion. Bodily coercion shall be executed by simple imprisonment, the duration of which shall be calculated at one day for every 0.75 dinar, disregarding fractions. The term of imprisonment in enforcement of the fine may not exceed six months.

لرئيس المحكمة التي أصدرت الحكم بالغرامة ان يصدر الأمر بتنفيذ الغرامة بالإكراه
البدني، وينفذ الإكراه البدني بالحبس البسيط ، وتقدر مدته باعتبار يوم واحـد عـن
كل ٠,٧٥ دينار، مع صرف النظر عن الكسور. ولا يجوز ان تزيد مدة الحبس تنفيذا
