If the convicted person does not pay the fine imposed, it shall be recovered by compulsory enforcement against his property. The Public Prosecution may recover it through monthly deductions not exceeding one quarter of the salary, wage, labour subsidy or retirement pension received by the convicted person. The president of the court that issued the judgment, or the Public Prosecutor or his delegate, may, upon the convicted person's request, order payment of the fine imposed by instalments or defer it for a reasonable period whenever he provides justification, provided that payment of the full fine imposed is not delayed beyond five years. )2(

إذا لم يقم المحكوم عليه بدفع الغرامة المحكوم بها، حصلت بطريق التنفيذ الجبري على
أمواله ويجوز للنيابة العامة تحصيلها من خلال استقطاعات شهرية بما لا يجاوز ربع
مقدار ما يتقاضاه المحكوم عليه من راتب، أو أجر، أو دعم عمالة، أو معاش تقاعدي .
ولرئيس المحكمة التي أصدرت الحكم، أو للنائب العام أو من يفوضه بناء على طلب
المحكوم عليه، أن يأمر بتقسيط مبلغ الغرامة المحكوم به أو أتجيله أجلا معقولا متى قدم
