If the investigator is notified that a person has been arrested without right, he shall immediately undertake the investigation, proceed to the place where the detained person is located, and release him. A kidnapped person shall be deemed an arrested person, as shall a minor if he has been wrongfully removed from his lawful guardian or the person entrusted with his care. In all these cases, there may be no delay in taking the measures necessary to impose criminal punishment upon the person responsible. إذا أخطر المحقق بأن شخصا قبض عليه بدون حق، وجب عليه مباشرة التحقيق
فورا والانتقال إلى المحل الذي يوجد به الشخص المعتقل وإخلاء سبيله، ويعتبر
الشخص المخطوف في حكم المقبوض عليه، وكذلك الصغير إذا كان قد انتزع بغير
حق من وليه الشرعي أو المكلف برعايته.
وفي جميع هذه الأحوال لا يجوز التأخر في اتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لمجازاة المسئول
عن ذلك جنائيا .
