English translation
Every prisoner shall have a file in which detention and release orders and all papers relating to the prisoner are kept. The date of entry into prison, the scheduled date of release, and then the actual date of release shall also be recorded therein. The prison shall have a register stating the prisoners' names and, opposite each name, the aforementioned particulars.

يكون لكل مسجون ملف تحفظ فيه أوامر الحبس والإفراج وجميع الأوراق المتعلقة
بالمسجون، كما يثبت فيه تاريخ دخوله السجن والتاريخ المقرر فيه خروجه منه، ثــم
التاريخ الذي خرج فيه فعلا .
ويكون بالسجن دفتر يبين فيه أسماء المسجونين وأمام كل منهم البيانات المشار إليها.Ask about this article
