English translation
The prison administration shall execute sentences of imprisonment pursuant to a written order from the Police and Public Security, based on the notification it receives from the competent authority, to which a copy of the judgment shall be attached. The execution order shall be addressed to the warden of the prison in which execution will take place, who shall retain it together with the judgment in the file of the person sentenced to imprisonment.

تقوم إدارة السجن بتنفيذ أحكام الحبس بموجب أمر كتابي من الشرطة والأمن
العام بناء على الإخطار الذي تتلقاه من الجهة المختصة وترفق به صورة الحكم.
ويوجه الأمر بالتنفيذ إلى مأمور السجن الذي سيجري فيه التنفيذ، وعليه أن يحفظه
