If the person sentenced to imprisonment has spent a period in pretrial detention in connection with the case in which judgment was rendered, the period of pretrial detention must be deducted from the term of imprisonment imposed when it is enforced.

إذا كان المحكوم عليه بعقوبة الحبس قد أمضي مدة في الحبس الاحتياطي على ذمة
القضية التي صدر الحكم فيها ، وجب خصم مدة الحبس الاحتياطي من مدة
