If it becomes apparent that a woman sentenced to death is pregnant and she delivers her child alive, execution of the death sentence must be stayed. إذا تبين ان المرأة المحكوم بإعدامها حامل ووضعت جنينها حيا، وجب وقف تنفيذ
الإعدام، ويعرض الأمر على المحكمة التي أصدرت الحكم لإبدال الحبس المؤبد
بعقوبة الإعدام.
