Execution of judgments, decisions or orders for placement in sanatoriums, therapeutic shelters or social welfare institutions, or for any other preventive or therapeutic measure, shall not prejudice the powers vested in the competent administrative authority pursuant to Articles 16, 17, 18, 19 and 21 of Law No. 17 of 1959 concerning the Residence of Foreigners.
