English translation
Judgments rendered by criminal courts may not be enforced unless they have become final. However, the court may order that a first-instance judgment imposing a penalty be immediately enforceable, in accordance with the rules prescribed in this Law.

الأحكام الصادرة من المحاكم الجزائية لا يجوز تنفيذها إلا إذا أصبحت نهائية.
على أنه يجوز للمحكمة ان تأمر بجعل الحكم الابتدائي بالعقوبة مشمولا بالنفاذ
