English translation
Every judgment of acquittal issued upon a petition for retrial must be published at government expense in the Official Gazette upon the request of the Public Prosecution and in two widely circulated daily newspapers.

كل حكــم يصــدر بــالبراءة بنــاء على الــتماس إعــادة النظــر يجــب نشره على نفقــة الحكومــة
في الجريــدة الرســمية بنــاء على طلــب النيابــة العامــة وفي جريــدتين يوميــتين واســعتي
