English translation
The death of the convicted person shall not prevent the court from continuing to hear the case. In this event, it shall appoint one of the lawyers registered in Roll No. D under Article Six of the aforementioned Law No. 42 of 1964 to plead on his behalf.

لا تحــول وفــاة المحكــوم عليــه مــن اســتمرار المحكمــة في نظــر الدعــوى، وفي هــذه الحالــة
تنتــدب أحــد المحــامين المقيديــن في الجــدول رقــم د مــن المادة السادســة مــن القانــون رقــم
