English translation
The court shall determine the petition after hearing the statements of the Public Prosecution and the parties and after conducting such investigation as it considers necessary, itself or through a person it deputizes for that purpose. If it considers that the petition should be accepted, it shall order the judgment set aside and adjudicate the case.

تفصــل المحكمــة في الالــتماس بعــد سماع أقــوال النيابــة العامــة والخصــوم وبعــد إجــراء
مــا تــراه لازمــا مــن التحقيــق بنفســها أو بواســطة مــن تندبــه لذلــك، فــإذا رأت قبــول
