English translation
The Public Prosecutor shall not accept a petition for retrial unless the applicant deposits two hundred dinars as security with the court treasury, unless he has been exempted from depositing it by a decision of the Committee for Exemption from Judicial Fees. The Public Prosecution and the General Department of Investigations shall also be exempt from depositing this security.

لا يقبــل النائــب العــام الــتماس إعــادة النظــر إلا إذا أودع الطالــب خزانــة المحكمــة مائتــي
دينــار كفالــة مــا لم يكــن قــد أعفــي مــن إيداعهــا بقــرار مــن لجنــة الإعفــاء مــن الرســوم
