English translation
No death sentence may be carried out except after its ratification by the Emir, and the convicted person shall be placed in prison until the Emir issues his decision ratifying the sentence, commuting the penalty, or granting a pardon. If the Emir ratifies the sentence, the president of the court shall issue his order for its execution. The Public Prosecutor or an investigator assigned by him shall supervise the execution, and execution shall be by hanging or firing squad.

كل حكم بالإعدام لا يجوز تنفيذه إلا بعد مصادقة الأمير عليه، ويوضع المحكوم
عليه في السجن إلى ان يصدر الأمير قراره بالمصادقة أو تخفيف العقوبة أو العفو .
فإذا صادق الأمير على الحكم، أصدر رئيس المحكمة أمره بتنفيذه، ويشرف على
التنفيذ النائب العام أو من يكلفه من المحققين، وينفذ الإعدام بالشنق أو رميا
