English translation
Neither the prison warden nor any officer responsible for it may allow a detained person to be admitted thereto except pursuant to a written detention order from a competent authority or a court judgment accompanied by an enforcement order. Under no circumstances may the detained person remain in prison for a period longer than that prescribed in the detention order or judgment.

لا يجوز لمأمور السجن ولا لأي ضابط مسئول عنه ان يسمح بدخول محبوس فيـه
إلا بناء على أمر حبس مكتوب من جهة مختصة أو حكم من المحكمـة مـرفـق بـه أمـر
التنفيذ. ولا يجوز ان يبقى المحبوس في السجن مدة تزيد عما هو مقرر في أمر الحبس
