English translation
The President of the High Court of Appeal shall submit the application to that Court sitting in chambers. It may, if it sees fit, conduct an investigation or order one to be conducted, and shall then issue a decision granting or rejecting the application. This decision may not be challenged.

على رئيس محكمة الاستئناف العليا ان يعرض الطلب عليها منعقدة في غرفة المداولة،
ولها إذا رأت ان تجري تحقيقا أو تأمر بإجرائه، ثم تصدر قرارا بقبول الطلب أو
