English translation
A judgment in a misdemeanour imposing a fine not exceeding forty dinars may not be appealed by the convicted person but may be appealed by the prosecutor. A judgment of acquittal in a misdemeanour may be appealed by the prosecutor. All other judgments rendered in misdemeanours shall be appealable by the convicted person and by the prosecutor.

الحكــم الصــادر في جنحــة بالغرامــة التــي لا تجــاوز اربــعين دينــارا لا يجــوز اســتئنافه مــن
المحكــوم عليــه ويجــوز اســتئنافه مــن المدعــي. والحكــم الصــادر في جنحــة بــالبراءة يجــوز
اســتئنافه مــن المدعــي. ومــا عــدا ذلــك مــن الاحــكام الصــادرة في الجنــح تكــون قابلــة
