Article 2 ثانيه of Juveniles Law

All actions and applications pending before the Juvenile Court established pursuant to the aforementioned Law No. 3 of 1983 that have become subject to the jurisdiction of the juvenile courts shall be transferred in their existing state to the juvenile courts established pursuant to the accompanying Law. The Court of Appeal and the Court of Cassation shall continue to hear appeals pending before them before the provisions of this Law came into force, and shall apply its provisions insofar as they are more favourable to the juvenile.
