English translation
In addition to the foregoing requirements for khulʿ, mubara’ah requires: a That the redemption payment not exceed the amount of the dower. That the aversion be on the part of both spouses together. That the mubara’ah formula use the word divorce, whether accompanied by the word mubara’ah or without it, by the husband saying, after the wife provides the redemption payment, “You are divorced in consideration of what you have provided.” It shall not take effect through the word mubara’ah alone.

يشترط في المباراة زيادة على ما تقدم في الخلع :
ا أن لا تتجاوز الفدية مقدار المهر.
أن تكون الكراهة من الزوجين معا.
أن تكون صيغة المباراة بلفظ الطلاق، سواء اقترن بلفظ المباراة أم تجرد عنه،
وذلك بأن يقول الزوج بعد أن تبذل الزوجة الفدية أنت طالق على ما بذلت ،
