Khulʿ divorce is irrevocable and no revocation may take place unless the woman retracts what she has given. She may retract it so long as she remains in the waiting period. If she retracts it, the divorce becomes revocable and he may take her back. طلاق الخلع بائن لا يقع فيه الرجوع ما لم ترجع المرأة فيما بذلت، ولها الرجوع فيه
ما دامت في العدة فإذا رجعت صار الطلاق رجعيا وله الرجوع إليها.
