English translation
As regards the aversion considered a condition for the validity of khulʿ, no distinction is made between its being caused by an inherent characteristic of the husband, such as his ugly appearance or bad character, and its being caused by incidental matters, such as his turning to gambling and other prohibited acts or his being parsimonious with maintenance.

لا فرق في الكراهة المعتبرة شرطا في صحة الخلع، بين أن يكون سببها وجود صفة ذاتية
في الزوج كقبح منظره أو سوء أخلاقه، أو أن يكون سببها أمور عارضة كانصرافه
