English translation
The formula of khulʿ is effected using the term khulʿ or divorce, each separately from the other or combined with it. Thus, after the wife has made an offer of ransom consideration on condition that he divorce her, the husband may say: I have divorced you in return for what you have offered; or: You are divorced in return for what you have offered; or: You are released by khulʿ in return for what you have offered; or: I have released you by khulʿ in return for what you have offered; or he may add to the last two formulas his statement: Thus you are divorced.

تقع صيغة الخلع بلفظ الخلع أو الطلاق، مجردا كل منهما عن الآخر أو منضمها إليه،
فيجوز للزوج بعدما أنشأت الزوجة بذل الفدية على أن يطلقها، أن يقول : طلقتك
على ما بذلت، أو أنت طالق على ما بذلت، أو أنت مختلعة على ما بذلت، أو خلعتك
