English translation
Mubaraʾah divorce is an irrevocable divorce like khulʿ. The divorcing husband may not revoke it unless the divorced woman retracts the ransom before her waiting period expires. Chapter on Waiting Periods

طلاق المباراة طلاق بائن كالخلع ليس للمطلق الرجوع فيه إلا بعد أن ترجع المطلقة
بالفدية قبل انقضاء عدتها.
