English translation
Application of the provisions of this Law falls within the jurisdiction of the Jaafari Family Courts Circuit at first instance, appeal and cassation, and final judgments issued by them shall have binding force before all circuits, subject to the procedural provisions of the Family Court Law.

تطبيــق أحــكام هــذا القانــون مــن اختصــاص دائــرة محاكــم الأسرة الجعفريــة الكليــة
والاســتئنافية والتمييــز، والأحــكام النهائيــة الصــادرة منهــا تكــون حجــة أمــام جميــع
