If a Muslim husband apostatizes from Islam, and his apostasy is from innate Islam, his wife shall become separated from him immediately and shall observe the waiting period of a woman whose husband has died: four months and ten days.

إذا أرتد الزوج المسلم عن الإسلام، فإن كان ارتداده عن فطرة، فإن زوجتـه تـبـيـن
