English translation
If the husband of a woman who is not of the People of the Book embraces Islam, and his conversion occurs before consummation, the marriage shall be dissolved immediately. If it occurs after consummation, they shall be separated and the expiry of the waiting period shall be awaited. If the wife embraces Islam before its expiry, they shall remain married; otherwise, dissolution shall take effect from the time the husband embraced Islam. The waiting period shall be that of a divorced woman.

إذا أسلم زوج غير الكتابية فإن كان إسلامه قبل الدخول انفسخ الزواج في الحال، وإن
كان بعده يفرق بينهما وينتظر إلى انقضاء العدة فإن أسلمت الزوجة قبل انقضائها
بقيا على زواجهما وإلا تحقق الانفساخ من حين إسلام الزوج، وتكون العدة هي
