English translation
If a man acknowledges the filiation of a young child, the child's descent from him shall be established. If the child attains puberty and denies being the child of the acknowledging person, this shall not be heard from him and his denial shall not be heeded.

إذا أقر الرجل ببنوة ولد صغير يثبت نسبه منه ، فإذا بلغ وأنكر كـونـه ولــدا للمقر
