English translation
For an acknowledger's acknowledgment of the filiation of an adult child who has attained puberty to be effective, the adult child must confirm it. If the adult child does not confirm it, this acknowledgment shall have no effect unless the acknowledger the acknowledger adduces evidence of his claim. If he has no evidence, he shall require him to swear an oath. If he swears, his claim shall lapse; if he refuses, the claimant shall swear and his filiation shall be established.
