English translation
Either parent may relinquish the right of custody to the other for all or part of his or her custody period. The father shall not be entitled to revoke his relinquishment if it forms part of a binding contract.

يجوز لكل من الأبوين التنازل عن حق الحضانة للآخر بالنسبة إلى تمام مدة حضانته
