English translation
A testamentary disposition transferring ownership shall be established by the testimony of two upright Muslim men, by the testimony of one upright Muslim man together with the oath of the legatee, and by the testimony of one upright Muslim man together with two upright Muslim women, as with other pecuniary claims.
