Article 270 of Jaafari Personal Status Law

A testamentary disposition transferring ownership is distinguished by being established by the testimony of four upright Muslim women. One quarter of it is thus established by the testimony of one upright Muslim woman, half of it by the testimony of two upright Muslim women, three quarters of it by the testimony of three upright Muslim women, and the whole of it by the testimony of four upright Muslim women, without any need for an oath in connection with their testimony.
