English translation
A testamentary appointment, being the appointment of a guardian by will, shall be established by the testimony of two upright men. The testimony of women shall not be accepted in respect thereof, either alone or together with men.

تثبت الوصية العهدية وهي الوصاية بالولاية بشهادة عدلين من الرجال ولا تقبل
