English translation
A testamentary direction is established by the acknowledgment of all the heirs. If some of them acknowledge it, part of the subject matter of the testamentary disposition is established in proportion to the share of the acknowledging heir and is deducted from his entitlement. If, however, two persons of probity among them acknowledge it, the testamentary disposition is established in its entirety. Chapter Three: On the Testator
