English translation
The testator must satisfy the following requirements: First: Puberty. Second: Sanity. Third: Sound judgment; thus, a will made by a prodigal concerning his property is not valid. Fourth: Free choice; thus, a will made by a person under coercion is not valid. Fifth: That he not have intentionally killed himself, if the will concerns his property.

يشترط في الموصي أمور:
الأول: البلوغ.
الثاني : العقل.
الثالث: الرشد، فلا تصح وصية السفيه في أمواله.
الرابع: الاختيار، فلا تصح وصية المكره.
