English translation
It is not valid to designate as dower anything prohibited under Islamic Sharia if both spouses are Muslims, such as wine, swine, musical instruments, property obtained from usury, and the like. If such a thing is designated as dower, the specified dower is void and the contract is valid, and upon consummation she is entitled, as against him, to the dower of women comparable to her.

لا يصح جعل المهر ما هو محرم في الشريعة الإسلامية إن كان الزوجان مسلمين
مثل الخمر والخنزير أو آلات الطرب أو المال المستفاد من الربا وغيرها، فلو جعل
