If the endower appoints an administrator or a supervisor over the administrator, he may not dismiss him. If the endower's condition ceases to be met, as where he assigns administration to an upright person who then becomes morally corrupt, or assigns it to the most judicious person and another becomes more judicious, or the like, he shall thereby cease to hold office.
