English translation
If he creates an endowment for his sons, daughters shall not be included; and if he creates an endowment for his descendants, males and females, direct offspring and others, shall be included.

إذا وقف على أبنائه لم تدخل البنات وإذا وقف على ذريته دخل الذكر والأنثى
