English translation
If an endowment is made for a mosque, its yield shall be spent on its needs, such as maintenance, furnishings, lighting, sweeping and similar needs. Nothing of the yield shall be given to the congregational imam unless there is an indication of an intention encompassing that, in which case he shall be given from it. إذا وقف على مسجد صرف نماؤه في مصالحه من تعمير وفرش وسراج وكنس ونحو
ذلك من مصالحه، ولا يعطي شيء من النماء لإمام الجماعة إلا أن تكون هناك قرينة
على إرادة ما يشمل ذلك فيعطى منه حينئذ .
