If sale of the endowment is permissible, then, if it is among endowments not requiring an administrator, such as an endowment for specified persons, it does not require the approval of anyone other than them. Otherwise, if it has a special administrator, he must be consulted and the sale shall be with his permission. إذا جاز بيع الوقف، فإن كان من الأوقاف غير المحتاجة إلى المتولي كالوقف على

مراجعته، ويكون البيع بإذنه ، ويشتري بثمنه ملكا، ويوقف على النهج الذي كان
