If the endowment falls into ruin and cannot be used, and it is possible to sell part of it and restore the remainder with its price, only part shall be sold and the remainder restored with its price. Book of Inheritance Chapter One: General Provisions

إذا خرب الوقف ولم يمكن الانتفاع به وأمكن بيع بعضه وتعمير الباقي بثمنه فإنه
يقتصر على بيع بعضه وتعمير الباقي بثمنه.
