The following shall be taken out of the estate before its division, in the following order: 1 The obligatory preparation of the deceased, comprising shrouding, washing and burial. 2 The debts owed by the deceased. 3 The Sharia obligations incumbent upon the deceased. 4 The bequest, not exceeding one third of the estate. يخرج من التركة قبل تقسيمها، ما يلي حسب الترتيب الآتي:
1 التجهيز الواجب للميت من كفن وغسل ودفن.
٢ الديون التي على الميت.
٣ الحقوق الشرعية الواجبة في ذمة الميت.
