English translation
a- There is no mutual inheritance between a Muslim and a non-Muslim; however, a Muslim inherits from a non-Muslim. b- Muslims inherit from one another even if they differ in schools of doctrine. c- A non-Muslim, however closely related, does not exclude Muslim heirs, however distantly related, from inheriting from a Muslim by prescribed share and return.

أ - لا توارث بين مسلم وغير مسلم أما المسلم فإنه يرث غير المسلم.
ب - المسلمون يتوارثون وإن اختلفوا في المذاهب.
ج - غير المسلم لا يحجب وإن قرب الورثة المسلمين وإن بعدوا من إرث المسلم
