A non-Muslim means anyone who denies one of the three fundamentals of Islam, which are: 1 The existence of the Creator 2 The prophethood of our master Muhammad, may Allah bless him and his family 3 The Last Day, or denies a religious necessity whose necessary character is agreed upon among the jurists of the Ja'fari school and the four schools. المراد بغير المسلم كل من أنكر أحد أصول الإسلام الثلاثة، التي هي:
۱ وجود الخالق
۲ نبوة سيدنا محمد صلى الله عليه وآله
٣ اليوم الآخر أو أنكر ضرورة دينية اتفق على ضرورتها بين فقهاء المذهب الجعفري
