If a maternal uncle, a paternal half-uncle through the father, and a son of a full paternal uncle coexist, the inheritance shall be shared between the maternal uncle and the paternal uncle, and the paternal uncle's son shall receive nothing. Part on Partial Exclusion from Inheritance
