English translation
A child, however remote in descent, excludes the husband from whatever exceeds one quarter of his prescribed share, and excludes the wife from whatever exceeds one eighth of her prescribed share, and also excludes them both from redistribution of the residue to them, and inherits alongside them.

يحجب الولد وإن نزل الزوج عما زاد من الربع من فرضه، ويحجب الزوجة عما زاد
