English translation
Siblings exclude the mother from anything exceeding one sixth, subject to the following conditions: 1 That the father be alive and an heir, without any impediment to his inheritance. 2 That they be the deceased's full siblings or paternal half-siblings. 3 That they have actually been born; pregnancy alone is insufficient. 4 That the siblings be two males, or one male and two females, or four females. e That none of the impediments to inheritance exist in the siblings.

يحجب الأخوة الأم عما زاد عن السدس بشروط :
١ أن يكون الأب حياً وارثاً دون أن يكون هناك مانع من إرثه.
٢ أن يكونوا أخوة الميت لأبويه أو لأبيه.
٣ أن يكونوا مولودين فعلاً فلا يكفي الحمل.
٤ أن يكون الأخوة ذكرين أو ذكراً وامرأتين، أو أربع نساء.
